Born in Santiago, Chile, I grew up admiring the Andes mountains, exposed from an early age to motorcycles and BMX racing.

At 17 years old I travelled to Western New York, as an AFS exchange student. Learning how to snowboard in Kissing Bridge, in Colden was a pivotal moment in my life. I returned to Chile eager to snowboard the terrain I grew up looking from below.  After graduating from Design school, I became more and more fascinated with Chile’s natural wonders. I climbed the Osorno volcano, and learned how to kayak on the Petrohue river, always looking for the next adventure, meeting amazing people along the way.

I’ve been very fortunate to work in truly incredible places. Chile’s central Andes, the Icefields of Patagonia, and later Chamonix, France, where I lived for 3 years. All the adventures led me to New Zealand, where we live with our three children since 2018.
